Liquid Magnesium + B6 Z-Konzept is an alternative to capsules for adults who want to supplement these micronutrients. Each 25 ml ampoule combines two magnesium salts, citrate and lactate, with vitamin B6. The box of 20 individual ampoules is easy to portion at home, at the gym or while travelling.
