L-Carnitine – liquid, shots & capsules
L-Carnitine is a compound involved in transporting fatty acids into mitochondria, where they can be used in energy metabolism. Supplements are available as liquid L-Carnitine, shots, concentrated drinks, capsules and tablets.

Compare the amount of L-Carnitine per serving, not just the volume of the drink. The range includes 1500 mg, 3000 mg and other strengths depending on the product.
Capsules and tablets
The main differences are the L-Carnitine form, amount per serving and serving count. Some products use trademarked raw materials such as Carnipure®.
L-Carnitine for weight loss?
L-Carnitine is often searched in the context of weight management, but a supplement cannot replace a calorie deficit, suitable diet and physical activity. We do not present L-Carnitine as a guaranteed fat burner.
