THERA-BAND® Elastic Band - Gold

Thera-Band® exercise bands are available in 8 colors according to their resistance.

The size of the bands is 5.5 meters long and 12.80 centimeters wide, with resistance varying based on color.

Proper use of these resistance systems will create positive and negative force on the targeted muscles, thus improving strength and coordination between muscle groups. Being color-coded based on resistance makes it very easy to transition from one level to another.

With Thera-Band® exercise bands, achieving goals is very easy, and progress can be immediately identified. The resistance levels are determined by the thickness of each band.

There are 8 resistance levels, starting from skin color (BEIGE - very light) up to gold (GOLD - very heavy).
