RSP Row Spinning
RSP Row Spinning is a sport-specific strength machine for the rowing stroke. It is designed to train force application in the first phase of the stroke, when the athlete must accelerate the movement rapidly and then manage the return.
How it works
Resistance comes from the inertial flywheel. The energy imparted during the pull returns during the recovery phase, requiring control of braking before the next repetition. The 1 × 2 transmission and working-position adjustments allow the strength movement to be adapted.
When to choose this model
It is intended for rowers' strength conditioning. It is not a cardio ergometer and does not automatically replace metabolic training or work in the boat. It is integrated into the program according to the strength and technique objectives set by the coach.
Features
- 1 × 2 transmission.
- 4 stainless steel masses in the standard equipment.
- Adjustment of the rope outlet and foot support position.
- 5 m rope with length adjuster in the standard equipment.

Use and adjustments
Adapt the working position and foot supports to the athlete. Adjust the rope travel for the targeted rowing movement and practice the transition between pulling and returning. Program sets as sport-specific strength work and maintain controlled execution.
Warnings
- Use the machine according to the manual and with appropriate instruction in inertial training.
- Check the installation, mounts, rope and accessories before use.
- Increase intensity progressively and maintain control of the braking phase.
- In rehabilitation, the program and eligibility are determined by a specialist. No medical outcomes or guaranteed injury prevention are promised.
Frequently asked questions
Is it a cardio rowing machine?
No. RSP describes it as a rowing-specific strength machine, distinct from an ergometer.
Is the encoder included?
It is not included in this commercial item. Monitoring is configured separately using the sensor appropriate for the machine.
How do I choose the load?
Choose the available configuration and movement intensity according to the athlete's level and objective. For correct use, follow the manual and your coach's instructions.
