RSP Isquio
RSP Isquio is an inertial machine dedicated to hamstring training and control of lower-limb movement. Its configuration focuses on segment acceleration and coordinated braking, with attention to hip stabilization and the transition between movement phases.
How it works
Compared with a conventional conical pulley, Isquio uses reverse shaft behavior. According to the RSP dossier, tension increases toward knee extension, and loading is emphasized during the eccentric–concentric transition. This response requires careful selection of range of motion and controlled execution.
When to choose this model
It is suitable for hamstring-specific strength programs, particularly when the coach focuses on controlling acceleration and braking. The choice of rehabilitation exercises belongs to a specialist; the machine does not guarantee injury prevention or a therapeutic outcome.
Features
- Reverse-action conical shaft dedicated to loading the hamstrings.
- Inertia configuration adjusted through the disc masses.
- 120 cm rail for adjusting the rope outlet.
- Ankle strap included.

Use and adjustments
Secure the machine according to the manual and adjust the rope outlet height for the working position. Adjust the ankle strap and travel without forcing the joint's range of motion. Practice the transition between acceleration and braking at low intensity before increasing the load.
Warnings
- Use the machine according to the manual and with appropriate instruction in inertial training.
- Check the installation, mounts, rope and accessories before use.
- Increase intensity progressively and maintain control of the braking phase.
- In rehabilitation, the program and eligibility are determined by a specialist. No medical outcomes or guaranteed injury prevention are promised.
Frequently asked questions
Is it identical to RSP Conic?
No. Isquio has shaft geometry and behavior designed for hamstring-specific work.
Is the encoder included?
It is not included in this commercial item. Monitoring is configured separately using the sensor appropriate for the machine.
How do I choose the load?
Choose the available configuration and movement intensity according to the athlete's level and objective. For correct use, follow the manual and your coach's instructions.
