• Aerify Cryboots can be used once or twice a day

• The duration of a cryotherapy session should be between 10-20 minutes

• The optimal water temperature for cryotherapy is between +4 and 12℃

• Approximately 6-7L of water is needed for S/M-sized sleeves, and at least 8L for L/XL-sized sleeves. Ensure that the pump is covered with water by 80%.

• Optional sleeves (shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle) require ~5L of water.
