• Aerify Cryoboots can be used once or twice a day

• The duration of a cryotherapy session should be between 10-20 minutes

• The optimal water temperature for cryotherapy is between +4 and 12℃

• Water required for S/M-sized sleeves is approximately 6-7L, for L/XL-sized sleeves at least 8L. Ensure the pump is covered with water at 80% capacity.

• Optional sleeves (shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle) require ~5L of water.
